  Just visited this church this morning. Worship was very good, upbeat but reverent. Which is important to me. It was easy to see the praise team was worshiping our Lord Jesus.
  The pastor preached the un-compromised Word of God with bible in hand and didn't have any notes
  that I could see. Have been looking for a while since I moved here and believe I have found what I'm
  looking for.

  If you want to hear the truth, go to Charis, Pastor Lawson,is filled with the Holy Spirit and speaks nothing but the truth. This church is truly the "body of Christ" You can feel the Holy Spirit in the service every time. Praise be to God!! The people are all so wonderful there, can't help but feel as if you came home!

  I highly recommend this church if you want pastors and a congregation who value the word of God above the traditions of man. If you want the truth- not given to you in fluff- whether it's the main service, Reign(young adults,) Charisyouth, or even children's church- they'll deliver. I have been blessed with the Word of God- it is life changing. I know if you come expecting good, you'll receive the same.

  When you come for your first time you will feel the love from the front door to the stage. A lovely vibe and a constantly freeing, life-changing message are what I expect every Sunday, and that is just what I get. New to Colorado Springs and looking for a church that really feels like home? Visit one time and your search will be over. I look forward to seeing you!

  My family and I love this church, and its congregation! This is a 'fruitful' church where Pastor Lawson Perdue gives biblical based teachings that are strong in faith. People who attend get set-free, healed, delivered, prospered, and grow in the Word of God. The church is all about community and building a strong body of Christ. My kids love the Sunday school, and they're protected by the Word and by security. If you are looking for a place to call home for either yourself or your family, then check out Charis Christian Center. It will change your life!
