  The staff was exceptional. I am most grateful to the willingness to work me and my family in all aspects of the services. The flexibility and extra effort in allowing us to see and spend time with my wife. She looked so peaceful. I will be forever grateful to them for their caring and compassion to all of us.

  DON'T USE THEM!
  This was the WORST experience I've dealt with planning a funeral! I wanted to see my husband, for $800 I could. All they needed to do was let me see him through a glass divider. For Sanitation reasons! What a crock! I was able to do this for my father, at a different funeral home! I wanted to say goodbye for the last time. I'M BEGGING YOU, DON'T USE THEM, use Evergreen. Plus the engraver had the dates wrong! One problem after another!

  We had exceptional help from Terri and her staff. We started using Springs Funeral in 2009 when my Mom passed away. They personally answered phone late on a Wed night. Walked us through needed steps. What a sensitive experience. We could not Thank them enough.
  Since then my wife and I have recommended them and each of about a dozen experiences was well cared for...great feedback to us. Services with different faiths at different locations. Preneed is also helpful.
  Their caring and growing business has also helped people who have nothing like some of my family members.
  They even sponsored an education event my wife attended a few weeks ago...on grief that was Free. I don't see other funeral homes doing this.
  I suggest people meet Terri and her family and see what you experience.
  Death can bring out the best or worst in people. We got the best and appreciate everything.
  We are glad they are here and growing.

  I would like to tell the staff at thank you, thank you for the caring support they gave me and my family following the death of my husband. Each detail of the process was handled efficiently, smoothly and with great professionalism. We had no worries as we knew we were in wonderful hands at a most difficult of times.

  This is a time to reflect on a life well lived but cut too short. It is also a time to experience some of the angels that dwell among us. I cannot begin to express how comforting and loving the experience with Springs Funeral Services was for me. The entire staff were extremely kind and helpful. Standouts were Shelby, Terri and Jamie. There was not a moment I didn't feel caring arms wrapped around me. I would highly recommend them when such an unfortunate situation arises in your lives. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
